Il buon pastore si assicura che non vi siano brecce nei muri del suo ovile, e che il recinto sia abbastanza alto da preservare il suo gregge da ogni incursione dei lupi>>.
Qualunque cosa accada all'essere umano nel corso della sua vita, bisogna sapere che la natura ha come obiettivo unicamente la sua educazione. A ognuno di noi � stato affidato un ovile, perci� dobbiamo vigilare affinch� non ci siano buchi nelle sue mura, e dobbiamo costruire un recinto abbastanza alto. State pensando: << Ovili, pecore, lupi... Queste cose ci riguardano veramente?. >> Si, ma voi non lo sapete, perch� non avete ancora sufficientemente approfondito il linguaggio dei simboli. Il lupo che minaccia il vostro ovile � un simbolo del diavolo, l'entit� che rappresenta tutti gli spiriti tenebrosi e malvagi che si aggirano attorno all'uomo, spiando il minimo cedimento per gettarsi su di lui. Proteggersi dal lupo significa avere un'attenzione continua e la coscienza sempre desta. Voi tutti siete pastori: l'ovile � il vostro organismo, le pecore sono le vostre cellule, e avete anche dei cani da guardia, ossia le entit� luminose che vi proteggono.In realt�, la venuta del lupo non � dovuta solo alla mancanza di vigilanza del pastore che voi rappresentate: pu� darsi che voi stessi gli abbiate aperto la porta o anche che abbiate ridotto i vostri recinti, vale a dire che abbiate indebolito le vostre difese. Dite di essere vigili? Eppure siete visitati da pensieri e sentimenti che vi tolgono il vostro coraggio, la vostra fiducia, la vostra gioia...
... Ci� che addormenta la vigilanza � l'attrattiva e il gusto dei piaceri. In effetti, come essere vigili quando si ha soltanto voglia di lasciarsi andare a ci� che � gradevole? I piaceri sono come un'umidit� che bagna le ali della vostra anima e le impedisce di volare; e quando la vostra anima non pu� pi� volare, qualsiasi "lupo" pu� attaccarvi.
Nulla avviene per caso. Il lupo � il simbolo di forze ostili e distruttrici che appaiono sempre laddove, per mancanza di vigilanza, � stata commessa una trasgressione. Se commettete una trasgressione nel piano affettivo - il campo del cuore -, il lupo apparir� sotto forma di egoismo, di gelosia, di durezza e di desiderio di vendetta. Se commettete una trasgressione nel campo dell'intellettom il lupo apparir� come mancanza di discernimento, di saggezza e di ragione. E se la commettete nel campo della volont�, il lupo apparir� come pigrizia, come 'goffagine' e come crollo. Ed ora, come va compreso il recinto? Un recinto � un limite, una barriera, quindi anche una protezione. E' il ruolo che gioca la pelle per il corpo fisico, e nel piano spirituale quella protezione � assicurata dall'aura. L'aura: � lei il vero recinto che ci mette al riparo dai lupi, ed � lei che dobbiamo chiudere bene ed innalzare il pi� in alto possibile. Come? Mediante il lavoro del cuore e dell'intelletto. Il cuore mantiene fermamente la recinzione e chiude i buchi affinch� possiamo resistere agli urti; sappiate, infatti, che l'amore lavora in modo speciale rafforzando le cellule e rendendole capaci di affrontare la malattia e la sventura. Quanto all'intelletto illuminato dalla saggezza, esso innalza un muro di luce che gli spiriti malvagi, i quali si arrampicano dall eregioni inferiori, non possono oltrepassare...
