Raggio di luna ,non devi disperarti così tanto, io sento di risponderti e mi scuso se intanto lo faccio io; nel frattempo che qualche esperto dica la sua.
Leggo sempre i tuoi post e sei una ragazza bellissima dentro, prima di tutto ... questo conta di piu' per Dio e per gli angeli che ti circondano e si dispiacerebbero, anzi, lo sono ..dispiaciuti perchè sei in pena.
Comunque, apparte questo ,spero che ci penserai un pò su'.
Se ho letto bene ,tu consideri il cibo come un amante. E bravo amanteee!!...

e tu in primis ,non ti senti curata,ti senti solo esclusa da te stessa( in quanto non ti riconosci neanche) e dalla gente , (che dici, ti ridicolizza). Ami ancora il tanto cibo in cui ti rifugi? ...e poi il cioccolato..!!!!!
,sì e buono,è anche antidepressivo ma, il poco basta e il troppo guasta!
E poi... Se avessi qualcuno d'amare gli dai tutto il tuo amore in una volta sola?.. A piccole dosi si apprezza di piu',
pensa anche a questo ogni volta che vuoi "nasconderti" nel cibo pensando che non ti nuoce. Esci da casa vai in strada a salutare chi conosci e a dire un "buon giorno" ,magari a chi non conosci o regalare un sorriso, o dì a chi vuoi tu, le belle frasi che scrivi quì ad angeli net, intanto sarà un piccolo passo ma l'avrai fatto perchè ne vale la pena. un abbraccio da

Va bene qualunque cosa Return, basta che rispondono.
Se c'è da aspettare aspetto non c'è problema.
Cristina ti avevo scritto ieri sera poi però ho cancellato come al solito.In due parole Ti ringrazio e ho ringraziato a tutte le altre persone che mi hanno risposto, anche privatamente, non me l'aspettavo perchè quel post era nato solo per Expert Team , a me non mi piace autocommiserarmi, però accetto qualsiasi consiglio, l'unione fa la forza ed è quella che mi serve in questo momento.

ma già c'era la sezione dove inserire questa risposta
era sotto la sezione Guarigione-----> Dietologia.
Lì avevano inserito tutte le risposte al post " obesità".
Sennò si creano risposte in diverse sezioni ma dello stesso post. |
